Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG printing, digital direct to garment printing, digital apparel printing, and inkjet to garment printing, is a process of printing on textile and garments using specialized or modified inkjet technology. The two key requirements of a DTG printer are a transport mechanism for the garment and specialty inks (inkjet textile inks) that are applied to the textile directly and are absorbed by the fibers. Great for short runs and photo printing on shirts.
Custom sublimated shirts allow you to print a full-color design on lightweight material without adding any additional weight or thickness. The ink used during sublimation is absorbed by the fabric and becomes permanent nearly instantly.
This allows custom sublimated shirts and crew shirts to move moisture away from your body and through the shirt and never impacts our sublimation shirt designs giving you very vivid colors and graphics without the extra ink added to the shirts keeping them extremely light and comfortable plus long lasting.
